These terms cover your use of Flick: What to Watch Next, a movie and TV discovery app for iPhone. Using the app means you accept them. They're short because the app is simple: Flick: What to Watch Next helps you decide what to watch — it doesn't host content, sell subscriptions, or hold your data.

Using Flick: What to Watch Next

Flick: What to Watch Next is free for personal, non-commercial use. Downloads through the App Store are also governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Don't misuse the app: no scraping it, reselling it, or attempting to extract its API credentials.

Flick: What to Watch Next asks you to confirm you're 17 or older before first use, because movie and TV descriptions can reference violence, sex, and strong language.

What Flick: What to Watch Next is — and isn't

Flick: What to Watch Next shows information about movies and TV shows: titles, artwork, synopses, ratings, cast, and where each title streams. It does not stream, sell, or host any of that content.

—Metadata comes from TMDB. Flick: What to Watch Next uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. Titles, artwork, and streaming availability (sourced from JustWatch via TMDB) are provided as-is and can be wrong or out of date — availability especially, since catalogs change without notice.

—Flick: What to Watch Next is not affiliated with any streaming service. Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, HBO Max, Hulu, Apple TV+, Peacock, Paramount+, and all related marks belong to their owners. Watching anything requires your own subscription with the relevant service, on their terms.

—When you tap Play or an external link, you leave Flick: What to Watch Next. What happens on other sites and apps is governed by their terms, not these.

Tips

Flick: What to Watch Next offers optional one-time tips, processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. Tips are consumable purchases that unlock nothing — everything in Flick: What to Watch Next is free whether you tip or not. Because nothing is delivered, tips are not restorable. Refund requests go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, under Apple's refund policies.

Ending use

You can stop using Flick: What to Watch Next at any time; deleting the app deletes all of its data. We may discontinue the app or its features, and these terms end when you stop using it.

Changes

If these terms change, the date above changes and the new text appears on this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
